Lenovo A6600, A6600 Plus, A7700 launched in India, priced Rs 6,999

Lenovo today announced three new VoLTE enabled smartphones – A6600, A6600 Plus and A7700. All the three smartphones come with Reliance Jio's preview offer.

Speaking on the announcement, Sudhin Mathur, executive director - mobile business group, Lenovo India said, "The Lenovo A series is one of our star performers and last year, we sold a million plus units of A6000, A6000 Plus and A7000. Continuing the legacy, the A6600 and A7700 series offers brilliant performance with unparalleled user experience at a competitive price point.”

Both Lenovo A6600 and A6600 Plus come with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system, 64-bit MediaTek 6735p quad-core processor clocked at 1.0GHz, 16GB internal storage and are backed by 2300 mAh battery. They have 5-inch HD screen, 8MP rear facing camera with LED flash and 2 MP front camera. The A6600 has 1 GB RAM while A6600 Plus has 2 GB RAM. Both the devices will be available by mid-September in matte white and matte black colour variants at Rs 6,999.
