AOC introduces the AGON X gaming monitor series in India at Rs 29,000


After making inroads in Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Russia and Singapore, theTaiwan-based display screen manufacturer, AOC, has now launched a new range of gaming monitors with the name AGON X-Series in India starting at Rs 29,000. The company further claims that the new AGON series come with premium AOC technology coupled with FreeSync and FLicker-free Technology to provide the most versatile gaming experience.

The AGON X series gaming monitors come in 2 screen sizes - 24 inch and 27-inch. Starting with the design, both the models are designed for easy setup and comfortable usage. Further, the back of the monitors sports a sophisticated black panel perfect for a gaming environment. Moreover, one can adjust the screen in 3 modes - Height, Tilt and Swirl. Both the models come with Quad HD (2560 x 1440) resolution and offer a record response time of 1ms. As mentioned before, the new AGON X series come with Flicker-Free Technology coupled with Blue light reduction making it more pleasing to the eye and comfortable for those long gaming sessions. Further, to eliminate tearing, stuttering and input lag, both the models also support Adaptive-Sync technology.

Other features include AOC Shadow Control allowing users to adjust contrast in overly bright or dark game areas. There is also a QuickSwitch controller feature (a separate box unit) which makes it easy to navigate to different options and menus in the monitor.
